Your local market will drive the rental price, and we’ll conduct a comparable analysis to find the right price that’s geared to minimizing downtime while getting you the maximum amount of rental income. We’ll also work with our maintenance and rehab crews to inspect the property thoroughly and make sure it’s ready to attract the best tenants.
