This acquisition continues to add to HRG’s growth as the nation’s leading integrated provider of single-family and small multifamily property management in the U.S., with over 25,000 homes under management, and operations now in 26 states with the inclusion of the Colorado Springs and Pikes Peak area markets.

Wayne is the founder of Blue Mountain Real Estate & Property Management, and has been involved in the greater Pikes Peak area real estate market since 1987. Wayne is invested in Colorado Springs through his time spent in many professional and civic activities. He was born and raised in the area and is a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) and has held the offices of Vice President and President of the Colorado Springs Chapter of NARPM. Wayne volunteers his service for many organizations throughout Colorado including the Boy Scouts of America, high school coaching and as a trustee at his local church. Wayne will join HRG as a valued member of the leadership team and stay on board as a Regional Manager and report directly to the VP of the Mountain Region, Mr. Danny Harlow.
